This full-time position plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing our commitment to delivering high-quality support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound customer communications via voice and chat platforms, ensuring each interaction aligns with company policies and standards.Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing timely and effective resolutions to enhance their overall experience.Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records and track service trends.Collaborate with team members and management to refine processes and improve service delivery quality.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, service updates, and best practices in customer engagement.Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to enhance future service delivery.Achieve key performance metrics including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.Required and preferred qualificationsEducation: Minimum of 12th Pass.Essential skills: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency in voice and chat support.Preferred experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.Proficient with common customer service software and CRM tools.In this position, you will work within a collaborative team structure that emphasizes open communication and mutual support.
