We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team at our Bengaluru office. This role is crucial in driving sales and contributing to our overall company success.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage potential customers through outbound calls and emails to generate leads.Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.Manage and maintain a database of leads and customer interactions using CRM software.Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and improve lead generation.Required and Preferred QualificationsEducation: 12th Pass or equivalent.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.A self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role is desirable.The Inside Sales Executive will be part of a collaborative team structure where members support one another to meet shared goals.
