We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commission-Based Sales Representative for Holistic Health to join our growing team in Yuma, Colorado. This role provides a unique opportunity to positively impact clients' lives while enjoying the flexibility of a commission-based structure.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential clients to understand their holistic health needs and present tailored solutions.Generate leads through various channels including social media, community events, and referrals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Conduct follow-up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.Track sales progress and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong sales, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.Experience in marketing is preferred but not mandatory.Comfortable using various software tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems.A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, or a related field.In this role, you will be part of a supportive team that values personal and professional growth.
