You will engage with diverse clients across the United States and help them harness the power of digital marketing solutions, making a measurable difference in their business success.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with digital marketing agencies to expand our client base.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering client loyalty.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand and communicate our service offerings effectively.Conduct regular client meetings to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and propose tailored solutions.Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns to enhance satisfaction.Provide insights and data on market trends and client needs to help inform strategic business decisions.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing our services and the value they provide.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in sales and client success, particularly within the digital marketing space.Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple client accounts effectively.Prior experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that values creativity and innovative thinking.
