This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a flexible environment while making a significant impact on our hiring processes and organizational success.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize various platforms to source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for open positions.Schedule interviews and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.Assist in crafting job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of talent.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate information and progress tracking.Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports on recruitment metrics.Engage with potential candidates through email and social media to promote job openings and the company brand.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and applicant tracking systems.Experience in recruitment or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites.Fluency in Japanese and English is highly desirable.This role will be part of a small but dedicated team, allowing for close collaboration and support among team members.
