We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN) for urgent shifts in California, Maine, Oregon, Oklahoma. Other states open depending on facility needs. Our facilities are mainly LTC and is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, and we need qualified professionals ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients. This per diem position offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to our healthcare team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs.Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders and facility protocols.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding patient status and needs.Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.Respond promptly to patient calls and prioritize their needs efficiently.Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (for CNAs); LPN and RN candidates must hold valid licensure in California.Atleast 1 year experienceStrong patient care skills and proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS).Experience in acute care or similar clinical settings is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle emergencies with composure.Advantages include certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for RNs and LPNs.In our modern workplace, you will benefit from a supportive company culture that values teamwork and respect.
