We are seeking an Associate Advisor. This position is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual looking to build a long-term career in financial advising. The Associate Advisor will be instrumental in preparing, conducting, and following up on client meetings, while actively developing their own client relationship management skills. 1. Client and Meeting SupportFinancial Data Management: Accurately input client financial data into planning software and maintain up-to-date client records.Meeting Preparation: Lead the preparation for portfolio review meetings and assist the Primary Advisor with all client meeting prep, ensuring all necessary reports and documentation are ready.Meeting Participation: Attend select client meetings as the secondary advisor, responsible for comprehensive note-taking, completing meeting dictations, and tracking and executing all resulting action items.Servicing Clients: Manage and service "Servicing Only" clients, ensuring their routine administrative and service needs are met.Insurance & Applications: Manage the full lifecycle of insurance cases and applications for clients. 2. Investment and Product ManagementInvestment Research: Conduct product information gathering and preliminary analysis as needed to support advisor recommendations.Operational Management: Manage the Advisor-Owned-Entity (AOE) processes and related administrative workflows. 3. Professional Development and Relationship BuildingRelationship Management: Begin to cultivate and manage a growing roster of client relationships, acting as a secondary point of contact.Team Participation: Actively participate in educational opportunities, including achieving necessary license requirements. We also may request your participation in product wholesaler lunch & learns as well as internal Advisor discussions.Strategy Development: Continuously learn about sophisticated investment management techniques, financial strategies, and wealth planning methodologies. Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or prior experience in a financial planning related field.Strong proficiency in financial planning software or CRM systems with 1 to 3 years of prior financial planning experience.Series 66 license required, with Series 7 license a nice plus.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A strong desire to learn and grow within the financial planning industry. CompensationBase pay of $50,000 to $55,000 with bonus potential for on-target-earnings (OTE) of approximately $78,000, plus benefits.If you are motivated by purpose, precision, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact, we invite you to apply.
