We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development professional with a specialized focus on analytics projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about selling data-driven solutions, including data warehouses, segmentation strategies, predictive modeling, and dashboard development, to prospective clients. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the operational sales process for new business opportunities centered around analytics projects within our agency. Person will handle some in-bound, but a key goal and KPI for this person is the ability to create net-new sales opportunities by networking, marketing, and other means. Drive and coordinate the development of comprehensive proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and presentations specifically tailored for multi-solution analytics projects. Implement a detail-oriented and process-driven approach to ensure the accuracy and high-quality delivery of pursuit materials. Collaborate closely with sales leaders, analytics solution leads, delivery teams, marketing, finance, and other pertinent teams to fulfill pursuit requests. Take full ownership of the pursuit process from assignment to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. Manage the entire response process for new business opportunities, from kickoff to submission, including content compilation, meeting scheduling, and research coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with partners who refer new opportunities to the company Partner with marketing to follow up with and nurture new leads, identify opportunities, and maintain relationships until the timing is right for engagement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven track record in sales and business development within the digital agency space, with a focus on selling analytics projects. In-depth knowledge and experience in discussing and selling data warehouses, segmentation, predictive modeling, dashboarding, and other analytics solutions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable analytics strategies. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
