Responsibilities: Lead project management and development, ensuring top-notch planning and execution. Engage in business development and client management to drive growth and maintain strong relationships. Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects meet budgetary and timeline expectations. Communicate proactively and effectively with clients, management, and coworkers to deliver outstanding results. Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with in-house mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering teams for integrated project delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with comfort using various engineering design software.
