Hi, we are a small general contractor company that is growing and expanding into the commercial construction industry. Currently looking for a part time/ growing to a full time position, knowledgeable responsible person that is able to work alone in home base office or we can consider also remotely from your place. Prefer somone in the morning/afternoon flexible on hours 24 + hrs. 3 days per week. Will be responsible for administrative/accounting billing with Quickbooks. Main duties file on computer and hard copy files. Also, assist CEO with day to day tasks. Please provide resume and desired pay rate. Below are a must know. •7 years min Admin experience •quickbooks expert payroll and tax fees • general/workman’s comp insurance knowledge •excel/ word and internet navigate •reconcile monthly • docusign •gather all accounting and close books for year end. Provide tax accountant information. • AP/AR- PNL’s • kind personality, honest, respectful and responsible • File papers, maintain office clean and neat order •Some Advertising/ marketing • Bilingual not needed but is a plus
