Qualities we expect: • MUST have experience cooking on a grill (2 years’ experience) • Prepping and maintaining a clean and organized workstation • Producing a consistent product during service • Breakdown of station and kitchen at end of service • Follow instructions from management to ensure both labor and food costs The ideal candidate: • Minimum 3 years hot line experience and 2 years as a grill cook • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills • Be able to work effectively as part of a team • Must be able to work evenings and weekends Training Schedule Sunday OFF Monday OFF Tuesday 9 AM – 2 PM, PM OFF Wednesday 10 AM–2 PM, 4–9 PM Thursday 10 AM–2 PM, 4–9 PM Friday 10 AM–2 PM, 4–9 PM Saturday AM OFF, 4–9 PM Address: 1810 NW Military Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78213
