Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum two years of experience in managing a customer service team in a contact center environment is required. Ability to critically assess own performance and the performance of the assigned team. A proactive and ‘can do’ approach with a strong customer-centric mindset. Confidence to interact with customers through a variety of communication methods including chat and email with the ability to multi-task. Can work independently and within a team.
