Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a legal setting. Strong understanding of legal terminology, concepts, and procedures. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal information in a clear and concise manner. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other tools.
