You will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating relationships with clients, and promoting our range of arborist and landscape services. This role requires a strong understanding of trees, plants, and outdoor environments, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients. Responsibilities: -Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the arboriculture and landscaping industry. -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. -Conduct on-site assessments of clients’ properties to determine their arborist and landscaping needs. -Develop customized proposals and quotes based on clients’ requirements and budget constraints. -Present proposals and communicate the value of our services to clients in a clear and compelling manner. -Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. -Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Requirements: -Experience in sales. -Strong knowledge of trees, plants, and landscaping techniques. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficiency in CRM software. -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments. -Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to environmental stewardship.
