Excellent ability to organize and manage time Making decisions under pressure Ability to determine the best response to posts Assertive communication Excellent writing and grammar skills Duties/Tasks to perform: Develop and implement social media strategies to introduce potential customers/candidates to our brand and increase our online presence Create engaging, creative and shareable content for Reels. Manage and maintain the social media accounts assigned, including scheduling posts. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend new strategies to improve our social media presence Collaborate with the business team to integrate social media campaigns and marketing efforts Optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO) Write social media captions that take the reader on a journey and inspires action Stay up to date with social media best practices, technology, and platforms Constantly develop new content ideas and work on scripts for Youtube videos and segments. Participate in all activities related to the platforms assigned. Management of CRM (Clientify) tasks assigned Create and monitor Google Ads campaigns for Youtube & website Participate and brainstorm in weekly Marketing team meetings Collaborate in activities with Influencers, and international or local alliances Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns Participate in trimestral job fairs. Schedule: Full-Time. Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm EST Hybrid work model to cover some days from our office in Medellin.
