As an ITLS Associate I at Legalnova*, you will focus on legal issues related to the United States, addressing aspects such as commercial, corporate and other relevant legal matters. Responsibilities Research and analyze U.S. law applicable to specific cases. Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts and agreements. Keep updated on changes in U.S. laws and regulations. Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with clients and other teams.
