This position is a Monday thru Friday full-time or part time position. Applicants are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. We have a fully a stocked lounge with food, snacks, drinks, etc. to keep you fed and focused on outstanding patient care. What does an outstanding OR RN look like? Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa as a Registered Nurse. An active BLS and ACLS Certification. Prior experience working in sterile fields/orthopedics, or an ASC is preferred, but not required. Must be able to prioritize and work with minimal supervision. Flexibility of hours based on scheduled cases. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle busy environments and be adaptable to change. We train our OR nurses to scrub, assist, and circulate orthopedic case. What are we looking for? As a premier orthopedic surgery center of choice in Central Iowa, we are fully equipped with five operating rooms serving over 400 patients per month. Qualifications Education Required Associates Degree or better in Nursing or related field. Preferred Technical/other training or better in Nursing. Pay: $35-40.50 per hour Profit Sharing and Sign on bonus provided 8hr Shifts (no weekends, holidays, overnights or on-call)
