We are seeking a dedicated and professional Live Chat Agent to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a vital part of our customer support operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through live chat interactions. Our company prides itself on maintaining a friendly and collaborative work environment focused on delivering quality support that has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, concerns, and provide information about products and services.Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Document customer interactions accurately in the system to track issues and resolutions effectively.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.Monitor live chat platforms to ensure that service levels meet or exceed department benchmarks.Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous experience in customer service or live chat support preferred.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with customer service software and basic computer skills.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Our team operates in a collaborative structure that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
