We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. Your contributions will directly influence our sales success and drive our mission forward in the competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote and sell our products and services.Identify sales opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.Develop and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.Engage with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Provide regular feedback and reports on sales activities and market trends to management.As a Remote Sales Representative, you will also take part in special projects aimed at expanding our client base and enhancing sales strategies. You'll be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to align on outreach initiatives and promotional campaigns. Your performance will be evaluated based on sales volume, customer retention rates, and overall contribution to the team's objectives.Required and Preferred QualificationsA minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for client engagements.Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and presentation software.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Industry-standard certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.This position operates within a team-oriented environment where collaboration is key. You will report directly to the Sales Manager, who will provide guidance and support in achieving your sales targets.
