As part of our team, you will play a vital role in creating positive first impressions and contributing to the growth of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about our services and programs.Assist clients in understanding their needs and guide them through the counseling process.Utilize effective communication techniques to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.Manage the reception area, welcoming clients and guests professionally and courteously.Document client interactions accurately and maintain updated records in our system.Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and close sales.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in counseling and customer service.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.Experience in counseling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Proficient in using common software tools and technology.At least 1-2 years of experience in a related role is desirable.Our team operates in a collaborative and supportive environment where all members work together to achieve common goals.
