This role directly impacts our workforce by ensuring that employees are proficient in Salesforce, ultimately driving productivity and success across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective training programs for Salesforce users within the organization.Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance skill levels.Assess training needs and regularly update the training materials to reflect new Salesforce features and enhancements.Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to gauge effectiveness, making continuous improvements where necessary.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the training content is relevant and impactful.Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.Provide ongoing support and resources for Salesforce users to maximize their utilization of the platform.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Education, Business, or related field.Proficiency in Salesforce, with demonstrable experience in its functionalities.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a user-friendly manner.Previous experience in training, learning and development, or a similar role is preferred.Industry-standard certifications in Salesforce are a plus.At least 2 years of relevant experience in a training role, preferably involving Salesforce.Our team is composed of passionate professionals who foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
