We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Patna, Bihar, India. This full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our front office services, enhancing guest experiences, and managing our exceptional team. As the face of our establishment, this role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on our guest satisfaction and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all front office activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.Manage and train front office staff, fostering a positive team environment and instilling a high standard of performance.Monitor and respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback to promote guest satisfaction.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure that guests’ needs are met promptly.Maintain accurate records of front office transactions, including reservations, cancellations, and billing.Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.Analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma required; additional education in hospitality or management is a plus.Proven leadership skills with experience in team management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with front office software and management systems.1-3 years of experience in a front office role or similar position.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Basic accounting knowledge would be advantageous.In our organization, you will be immersed in a supportive team structure that values collaboration and input from all levels.
