We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Staff / Team Leader / Tele Caller to join our dynamic team in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. In this full-time role, you will have a direct impact on our customer interactions and team efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.Lead a team of tele callers, providing guidance and support to meet performance metrics.Engage with customers via phone, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Monitor team performance, providing feedback and conducting training sessions as necessary.Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting on team activities.Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.Required and preferred qualificationsEducation: Minimum 10th Grade completion.Skills: Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, leadership, and multitasking abilities.Experience: Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling is preferred but not mandatory.In this role, you will be part of a cohesive team that prides itself on delivering excellent customer experiences.
