We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales and Delivery Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Sales and Delivery Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders efficiently and accurately to ensure a smooth delivery experience.Engage with customers in person and over the phone to assist with product inquiries and provide tailored sales solutions.Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals.Maintain thorough records of sales transactions and customer interactions for follow-up and reporting purposes.Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and communicating restocking needs to management.Participate in daily team meetings to discuss sales targets, performance metrics, and sharing best practices.Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and potential areas for product improvement.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clientele.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in using basic computer applications and sales software.Previous experience in logistics or delivery coordination is a plus.Our team structure is designed to foster collaboration, with Sales Associates working closely with the logistics and customer service departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
