We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Mystery Shopper / Store Evaluator to join our team in Florida Ridge, Florida. In this part-time role, you will play a vital part in enhancing customer experiences and promoting service excellence across retail locations. Your observations and feedback will directly impact the quality of service and help our clients maintain high standards in their stores.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct undercover visits to various retail locations, assessing service quality and customer interactions.Observe and evaluate store personnel's performance and adherence to company policies.Take detailed notes and write comprehensive reports summarizing the shopping experience.Provide actionable recommendations based on your evaluations to improve service delivery.Complete assignments within given deadlines to ensure timely feedback to clients.Maintain confidentiality about your identity as a mystery shopper throughout the evaluation process.Respond promptly to communication from supervisors and clients regarding assignments.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma is required.Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.Effective communication and report writing abilities.Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.Familiarity with evaluation tools and reporting software is a plus.Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.As a Mystery Shopper, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive company culture where your insights are valued.
