Position: Occupational TherapistLocation: Brockton, MASchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMContract: 13+ weeks with potential for extensionPay: $50/hr. on W2Role Overview:The OT will provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment and discharge plans, delivering individualized therapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referralsDevelop and update personalized treatment and discharge plansDocument services accurately and in a timely mannerSupervise COTAs in accordance with state and facility guidelinesCollaborate with care teams and family membersMaintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standardsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited OT program (MOT/OTD)Active OT license (or ability to obtain in MA)Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skillsIf you or someone you know may be interested, feel free to reply to this email or contact me directly.
