We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to join our team in New York City, New York. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on innovation and efficiency, allowing you to make a significant impact on our projects and the overall business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Snowflake database applications and ETL pipelines.Create and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.Implement and manage data integration processes using SSIS or similar ETL tools.Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Snowflake architectures and workflows.Maintain documentation for all development processes, including data models and workflows.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, ETL processes, and SSIS.Minimum 3 years of experience in data development or data engineering roles.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud environments.Industry-standard certifications related to data management or Snowflake are preferred.The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team of data professionals.
