We pride ourselves on being a well-established BPO company, providing excellent financial service solutions, and your contribution will directly impact our team's success and the experiences of our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers through calls to understand their loan requirements and provide tailored solutions.Assist customers in navigating the loan application process, ensuring clarity and support at every step.Resolve customer queries and concerns swiftly to enhance their experience and boost satisfaction levels.Document customer interactions and process inquiries using our CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry.Follow up with leads and existing customers to facilitate loan approvals and maintain strong customer relationships.Collaborate with teammates to meet daily call targets and reporting metrics.Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve our services and processes.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies is an advantage.Ability to handle high call volumes with effective time management skills.Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.Our team consists of experienced professionals dedicated to fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
