Site Management & CoordinationSupervise day-to-day interior site operations, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.Ensure manpower availability and allocate tasks to workers efficiently.2. Quality ControlReview drawings, material specifications, and design details before execution.Inspect completed work for quality and ensure compliance with project standards.Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.3. Progress Monitoring & ReportingTrack project progress and ensure milestones are met.Prepare daily/weekly site reports, including work status, material usage, and site issues.Update project managers or engineers with progress and challenges.4. Safety & ComplianceEnforce safety rules and regulations on the job site.Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure proper use of PPE.Make sure all activities comply with local building codes and company policies.5. Material & Resource ManagementCheck material deliveries and verify them against purchase orders.Prevent material wastage and monitor inventory levels.Request required materials in advance to avoid delays.6. Problem-Solving & CommunicationResolve site-related issues quickly to maintain workflow.Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project teams.Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with on-site progress.
