As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated sales team within a dynamic real estate company based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This position directly impacts our growth trajectory, shaping the sales strategies that drive our success in a competitive marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and build a high-functioning unit.Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor movements, and potential opportunities.Manage client relationships by providing exceptional service and maintaining ongoing communications.Organize and participate in sales presentations, open houses, and networking events.Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance) to ensure alignment with company objectives.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and sales strategy development.Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulatory environment in India is a plus.Industry-standard certifications (e.g., Certified Residential Specialist) preferred.Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.Minimum of 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Our organization fosters a culture that prioritizes continuous growth and teamwork.
