We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller Sales Manager to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a pivotal member of our sales team, your contributions will directly impact our company's success and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services, ensuring high levels of customer engagement.Manage and train a team of telecallers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention rates.Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.Monitor team performance and prepare weekly reports to analyze and strategize improvements in sales processes.Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate leads.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for sales growth.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in a telecalling environment, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management practices.In this role, you will work within a dedicated sales team consisting of telecallers and support staff, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
