We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Faridabad, Haryana. As a key member of our customer service and sales department, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with their inquiries. This position offers a vibrant work environment where teamwork is essential, and your contributions will directly impact our customer satisfaction and sales growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our products and services.Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information to assist their decision-making process.Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system to maintain accurate records of communications.Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and improve outreach strategies.Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to increase conversion rates.Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the management to contribute to overall sales goals.Required and Preferred QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma is required.Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.Experience: Previous experience in a telecalling, sales, or customer service role is preferred.Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.In our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in sales and customer relations, with potential paths into management positions.
