We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Human Resources Assistant will play a vital role in managing various HR responsibilities, ensuring the effective functioning of our HR operations, and contributing to our overall employee satisfaction and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Assist with onboarding new hires and managing employee orientation programs.Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support the HR team in organizing employee training and development initiatives.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information and documentation.Participate in HR projects aimed at improving overall company culture and employee satisfaction.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in an HR role or administration is a plus but not required.This position will work closely with a small, well-knit HR team, and you will report directly to the HR Manager. You will also interact with employees across all levels of the organization, which will be essential for fostering strong relationships and promoting a collaborative environment.
