We are seeking an experienced ISO 55001 Internal Auditor to join our contract/project-based team in Oakland, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a collaborative work environment and contribute to our commitment to operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive audits against the ISO 55001 standard to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement audit plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and methodology.Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management review.Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the audit process and ensure accurate documentation.Monitor the implementation of corrective actions from previous audits to ensure continuous improvement.Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO 55001 requirements and best practices.Stay updated on latest industry trends and regulatory changes related to asset management.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field.Proven experience with ISO 55001 auditing (2-5 years preferred).ISO 55001 Lead Auditor or similar certifications are preferred.Proficiency in audit management software and tools.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.The team consists of experienced professionals dedicated to upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.
