This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Warehouse Associate at A-Power, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution process. You will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and assist in daily warehouse coordination. Your reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will directly support our customer satisfaction and overall success.YOU WILL BE THE RIGHT FIT IF:You take pride in accuracy, organization, and keeping things running efficiently.You’re reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.You value teamwork and clear communication.You enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIESReceive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to verify product accuracy and quality.Organize and stock inventory in a clean, safe, and logical manner.Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on schedule.Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and ensure proper labeling and documentation.Assist with loading and unloading shipments using safe material-handling practices.Conduct routine inventory counts, report discrepancies or damages, and maintain up-to-date records.Process product returns, transfers, and labeling to maintain accurate inventory control.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely (training provided if needed).Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.Support the logistics and sales teams with coordination as required.QUALIFICATIONS1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience (HVAC or industrial supply experience preferred).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order preparation and record-keeping.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties safely.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic computer literacy; experience with inventory systems or CRMs (Zoho CRM, QuickBooks, or similar) is an asset.Forklift certification or experience is an advantage (training available).Reliable transportation to the warehouse location.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience.Career advancement opportunities into logistics coordination, warehouse supervision, or inside sales as A-Power continues to expand.A friendly, collaborative, and fast-growing work environment where your contribution makes a visible impact.WORK SCHEDULEWeekdays, full-time (approx. 40 hours per week)Occasional overtime or weekend support may be required during peak periodsJOB TYPE: Full-TimePAY: Based on experience and qualificationsLOCATIONS:Boston, MassachusettsSyracuse, New YorkAPPLICATION DEADLINE: November 28, 2025EXPECTED START DATE: As soon as possible
