We are seeking a friendly and approachable Online Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to support our customers and make a positive impact on their experience with our service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and play an essential role in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Assist customers in navigating our services, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information.Document customer interactions and escalations in our customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking and continuous improvement.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and share insights into common problems and solutions.Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and brainstorm strategies for enhancing customer support.Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their queries have been adequately resolved and gather feedback for further improvements.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong teamwork ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred.Familiarity with CRM software or online communication tools is a plus.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a part-time role.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.In this role, you'll be part of a supportive team structure where everyone is valued, and collaboration is key.
