This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will make a significant impact by ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems and contributing to a comfortable living and working environment for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units.Perform routine inspections and service checks on HVAC equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions.Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing system problems.Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and provide exceptional customer service.Document service and maintenance activities in compliance with company standards.Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.Follow safety procedures and regulations in all aspects of work to ensure a safe work environment.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED is required.Basic technical skills and a willingness to learn about HVAC systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on sales aptitude.Interest in pursuing industry-standard certifications (EPA certification for refrigerants is preferred).Familiarity with common HVAC software and tools is a plus.Prior experience in a technical role or customer service is beneficial but not required.The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team structure, working closely with seasoned HVAC professionals who will mentor and guide you through your career development.
