In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring timely deliveries while embodying our friendly and inviting company culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations across NYC.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.Handle and deliver packages with care, while providing excellent customer service.Efficiently plan routes to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize delays.Maintain accurate delivery logs, tracking, and reporting as necessary.Communicate effectively with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules.Assist in loading and unloading goods as required to ensure smooth operations.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Must have own Car, Van, SUV or Pick-Up Truck.Proven experience as a delivery driver is preferred.Strong driving skills and knowledge of NYC streets and traffic patterns.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.
