We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the 2nd Shift at our facility in Toledo, Ohio. This full-time position is critical in our healthcare team, ensuring high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will work in a collaborative workplace that values teamwork and communication, directly impacting the lives of patients and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices.Respond quickly to emergency situations, providing critical care as needed.Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to improvements in patient care procedures.Utilize patient care technology and tools effectively to support clinical decisions and enhance patient outcomes.Required and Preferred QualificationsAssociate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.Strong patient care skills, with a focus on compassion and empathy.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks under pressure.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.Preferred certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).1-3 years of previous nursing experience preferred, especially in a clinical or hospital setting.Our nursing team is structured to facilitate teamwork, with direct connections to department heads and specialists in various fields.
