Our company prides itself on fostering a supportive workplace where you can develop your skills and grow your career.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the installation of HVAC systems according to manufacturer's specifications and company standards.Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting on existing HVAC and refrigeration units.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs.Collaborate with senior technicians to complete service calls and repairs efficiently and safely.Document service procedures and maintain accurate records for future reference.Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.Engage in sales activities when appropriate, promoting additional services and products to clients.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED is required.Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.Prior experience in HVAC or related fields is preferred but not necessary.Familiarity with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems is a plus.Certifications in HVAC or refrigeration technology (such as EPA certification) will be an advantage.Basic knowledge and experience with relevant tools and software are beneficial.Must have a commitment to ethics and providing excellent customer service.Our team is structured to promote collaboration and growth.
