We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Chandler, Arizona. As a pivotal member of our sales division, you will play an essential role in driving revenue growth within the HVAC industry. You will work in an engaging environment that values collaboration, innovation, and results.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and leads generation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our services.Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.Collaborate with the installation and support teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.Maintain accurate reports of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to track progress and success.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus.Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients.Self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage time effectively with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is preferred but not required.Experience with CRM software is advantageous.At our company, we foster a culture of growth and teamwork.
