Your work here directly contributes to the success of cutting-edge projects that will define our industry's landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement advanced hardware architecture solutions to meet project specifications and performance goals.Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations for proposed hardware designs.Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware solutions effectively and efficiently.Conduct root cause analysis for hardware failures, leading to design improvements.Participate in peer reviews and mentoring of junior engineers to elevate team capabilities.Create detailed design documentation and present findings to stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the team leverages the best practices.Required and preferred qualificationsMaster of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent program.Proficiency in HDLC (High-Level Data Link Control).The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in hardware architecture.Experience with hardware simulation tools and methodologies.Familiarity with industry-standard certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.Competence in using relevant software/tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, and MATLAB.Our technical environment thrives on a foundation of agile principles and innovative technology. Preferred Qualifications Experienced in industrial or automotive (preferred) area (TIER1, TIER2…)Solid understanding with embedded electronics design constraintsFamiliar with system/component design, advanced EE architecture topologies, and safetyKnowledge of applicable safety standards including ISO 26262, and other regulations, industry benchmarks, and customer requirements.
