We pride ourselves on delivering craftsmanship, precision, and innovative solutions that transform spaces into wellness experiences.We are seeking a Sauna Installer Supervisor to join our team and lead installation projects with excellence, ensuring that every sauna is built to the highest technical and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will oversee and execute the full installation of sauna systems, coordinating technical staff and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key duties include:Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation manuals. Leading the installation of sauna cabins, electrical equipment, heating, ventilation, and control systems. Supervising and coordinating support staff during installations. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety and installation regulations. Performing functionality tests, adjustments, and final inspections of sauna systems. Training clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed equipment. Identifying and reporting technical issues, proposing improvements or on-site solutions. Managing tools, materials, and maintaining inventory. Meeting established deadlines and installation schedules. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance when required. RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or technical training. Experience: Minimum 2 years in sauna installation, fine carpentry, or specialized construction. Skills & Training: Knowledge of fine carpentry and use of electrical tools. Experience with sauna heating systems and ventilation. Ability to lead and supervise a small team. Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills. Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on unique, high-end wellness and construction projects. Hands-on leadership role with growth potential. Stable, full-time schedule with competitive pay. Work directly with a team committed to craftsmanship and innovation.
