We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, safe, and high-quality service in compliance with Florida Department of Health regulations.We are seeking a Maintenance & Repairs Supervisor with expertise in pool systems to oversee technical operations and ensure all installations and services meet the highest standards of safety and quality.Job DutiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and performing pool construction, maintenance, and repair work. Main duties include:Conducting regular inspections and water quality tests (pH, chlorine, disinfectants, oxidizers). Repairing or replacing pool equipment (filtration systems, chlorination, pumps, heaters, electrical and hydraulic systems). Performing routine cleaning, water treatments, and applying algaecide as needed. Installing new equipment in compliance with safety standards. Ensuring compliance with Florida Department of Health regulations for pools and spas. Identifying and resolving technical issues such as leaks, malfunctions, and system failures. Maintaining detailed service records, test logs, and equipment reports. Training clients on proper pool maintenance and safety measures. Supervising staff during on-site maintenance or repair projects. Using the ION app to register and update pool status reports. Minimum RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in pool maintenance and repair or a related field. Certification: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification from the State of Florida (required). Skills: Strong knowledge of pool chemicals and safety regulations. Ability to read technical manuals and perform mechanical repairs. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different job sites. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
