Our company prides itself on delivering high-quality service, and your expertise will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose transmission issues using state-of-the-art tools and techniques.Rebuild and repair transmissions according to specifications and quality standards.Install transmission kits and perform necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations.Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.Collaborate with team members to share insights and tackle complex repair challenges.Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.Required and Preferred QualificationsVocational training in transmission repair or equivalent experience.Proven experience in transmission rebuilding and diagnostics.Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.Familiarity with cleaning practices and installation processes.Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
