If you’re the type who’d rather be out there solving real problems than sitting behind a screen, we want to talk to you.What You Will Do:• Provide on-site technical support for A-Power dealers and contractors, including system commissioning, installation review, and troubleshooting.• Conduct dealer training sessions, product demos, and technical workshops to strengthen field performance and brand confidence.• Support warranty evaluations and identify product or installation issues through in-person inspection and documentation.• Work closely with the sales team to ensure technical accuracy, smooth product rollouts, and customer satisfaction.• Serve as the go-to field expert for A-Power’s HVAC systems, controls, and connected equipment.• Collect real-world feedback from installers and relay insights to engineering and product development teams.What We Are Looking For:• 3 to 5 years of HVAC installation, service, or technical support experience.• Strong hands-on knowledge of residential and light commercial systems — heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and controls.• Excellent communicator who can teach, troubleshoot, and build trust with contractors.• Solid understanding of electrical and refrigeration fundamentals.• Comfortable with travel across Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo, visiting dealers and job sites.• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.Compensation and Perks:💰 Base Salary: ~$60,000 to $75,000 USD (based on experience)🧭 Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to service quality and territory impact🚗 Extras: Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate), health benefits or stipend, 10 vacation + 3 personal/sick days📈 Growth: Clear path to Technical Trainer, Product Manager, or Regional Support Lead as A-Power continues expandingWhy This Role Rocks?You won’t be chained to a desk; you will be out in the field where things happen.
