Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years in engineering management. Strong proficiency in project management and engineering design software. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred certifications in project management such as PMP or related industry-standard certifications. You will be an integral part of our organizational structure, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with product management, marketing, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with our strategic objectives.
