We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to serve as a Strategic Partner in our Glendale, Arizona office. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support & Executive PartnershipCalendar & Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar with strategic awareness, ensuring efficient scheduling that aligns with organizational priorities and executive energy patternsCommunication Management: Respond to emails, make phone calls, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, applying analytical judgment to prioritize and filter communications effectivelyDocument Creation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents that demonstrate both attention to detail and strategic insightTravel Coordination: Handle comprehensive travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and managing itineraries with contingency planning and realistic timeline managementStrategic Project & Task ManagementProject Leadership: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various business projects, applying helicopter perspective to identify interdependencies and potential challengesAction Item Management: Track action items from meetings with analytical precision, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of tasks while identifying patterns that could improve organizational efficiencyInformation Systems: Maintain organized records and files for quick access and reference, designing systems that support both current needs and future scalabilityResearch &
