Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, allowing us to continue our commitment to excellence in the textile industry.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform decision-making.Ensure compliance with accounting principles and corporate policies.Assist with payroll processing and related HR functions on a bi-weekly basis.Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and queries.Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for management review.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma required, with relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting.Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.Proficient in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role is preferred.This role is part of a small but dynamic finance team that values collaboration and innovation.
