We are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Bilingual Recruiting Assistant/Student Application Specialist. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in facilitating the recruitment process and supporting student applications, contributing significantly to our mission of fostering talent and promoting educational opportunities. You will thrive in a supportive work environment that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews.Manage student applications by ensuring all documentation is accurately processed and deadlines are met.Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish.Organize and maintain candidate databases and application tracking systems.Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to screen candidates.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team by preparing reports and analyzing application trends.Collaborate with team members to continuously refine recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).Strong communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism and integrity.Proven ability to maintain organization and detail in a fast-paced environment.Must demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles preferred.This position is part of a dynamic and collaborative team structure, where you will report directly to the Recruitment Manager.
